July 25, 2021 - Delicate - definitely English and not like most Champagne Rosé I've tried, for example. Notes of light citrus and a hint of red fruits in the background initially. Complex yeasty and bread notes on both nose and palate. In advance of the delicate fruit support. Biscuit. Really good freshness.
