November 7, 2022 - Probably should have held this until summer 2023, but it was a nice fall day and we had smoked ham for dinner. The sweetness still shows through but overall a well made wine. 2Lads makes another riesling that is about 25% Fouch fruit and I prefer that one.

January 18, 2022 - The definitive Riesling flavor.

June 30, 2021 - Classic riesling taste and profile. When young, there is a bubbly characteristic to the mouthfeel as it flows across the palate. This calmed down on Day 2, though the residual sugar felt more pronounced. I'd like to hold my remaining bottle until 2022 or 2023 and see if it comes together. But we all know how that goes; the next time it's 95 degrees with 95% humidity I will be pounding it on the porch.
