August 17, 2023 - Slightly reduced (sulfury) but otherwise characteristic nose (oyster shell, citrus), fresh but creamy palate, quite short on the finish, apple. With oysters at restaurant Brut de Mer, Amsterdam, NL.

March 17, 2023 - Nine additional months in bottle has done a good job to fatten these up a bit. Still tart but with more ripeness. Lemon bar, saline and white flower. Great for the price.
