January 29, 2022 - Incredible level of intensity, packed with red cherry kirsch, strawberry, dried tamarind, and iodine. Focused and penetrating palate delivering immense red-fruited energy with a hint of heat on the long finish. CDP on steroids may be an apt descriptor. A very special wine. Wow!

December 26, 2021 - Very enjoyable after decanting for at least 30 minutes. Strawberry and plenty of fruit up front, long finish.

June 1, 2021 - decanted for 2 hours and 15 minutes before serving. Not as jammy on the nose as initially when opened, but this was very floral and lovely, with plenty of sweet fruit here.

January 23, 2021 - So rich. Massive unctuous juicy greatness. World's best grenache I think. CNDP wishes it was anywhere near this big.

July 22, 2020 - PnP with a burger watching the reds lift their first trophy in 30 years. This belies the stated alcohol and is wonderfully smooth, with loads of red fruits on the nose and palate. Loads of acidity left so this is certainly not going to fall over in the immediate future, but I'm not sure this will improve further.

It's not quite an Australian Rayas, but wine and life does not get much better than this...
