Community Tasting Notes 1

  • fredb Likes this wine:

April 17, 2010 - Medium red core with significant browning at the rim and transparency throughout. Aromas of strawberry, mushrooms, earth, dried leaves, and subtle black tea. Palate shows some cherry notes with strawberry followed by dried leaves, mushrooms, and a hint of balsalm. Holding in there just fine and was consistent from the decanter through two hours of consumption. Not incredibly complex, but has aged character and still shows some fruit. A great example of an early Oregon Pinot Noir. Drink or Hold.
