January 15, 2022 - Good example of varietal cab franc. Very aromatic, herbal, plum, tobacco. Flavors: plum, cassis, and a fair amount of green pepper.

December 10, 2021 - Dark color, full body. Soft round mouth feel but dry at the same time. Dried fruit flavors, nice finish. For a Cab Franc - Excellent!

July 9, 2021 - Good color, medium body. Soft mouth feel up front, flavors of smoke and fig come in middle to end with a nice finish that stays for a while.
