August 10, 2022 - Fresh, slightly effervescent ocean spray aroma, lemongrass,
Palate fleshier than expected, m+ acid but must be rs evening it to a mouth watering degree in a good way, nice peppery twinge, lemon, wet stones

February 26, 2022 - Pale straw with a little Spritz.
The nose is starting to show a little rosary development. There is a strong lemon and salty mineral edge.
Palate has slight sweet fruit. High spritz and a definite acid backbone. More lemon carrying through on the palate.
A nice clean, light fresh wine. -
