September 23, 2023 - On the nose- Rustic dark fruits, rustic red fruits, wild berries, cassis, plums, dark cherries, berry pie notes, bay leaf, wild herbs, forest floor, pencil lead, cigar box spice, oak, vanilla.
On the nose- Rustic dark fruits and rustic red fruits, wild berries and cassis, plums and dark cherries, berry pie notes and bay leaf, wild herbs and forest floor, pencil lead and cigar box spice, oak and vanilla on the finish. This wine is drinking KILLER now being very young still and needs 45min to really open up and show its stuff. I see this being able to age another 7-10 years with no real problem at all.
