Community Tasting Notes 2

April 15, 2022 - Light purple color. Smells of sweet plums and black cherries, with cocoa, coffee, anise, vanilla and grilled herbs. Sweet and chewy yet fresh with smooth tannins and gushing plum and blueberry fruit. Notes of cocoa, vanilla and coffee mix with pepper and cinnamon. Nice fan-friendly appeal, but sports solid complexity, too. A blend of Aragonez, Alicante Bouschet and Trincadeira.

October 1, 2021 - Wonderful! Appearance is Pinot-like. Med+ bodied. Super balanced. Red fruits. Would (or should) have been put down longer. Amazingly fresh for an Alentejo red wine.
Comprised of 35% Tinta Carvalha, 30% Castelão, 15% Moreto, 10% Alfrocheiro, and 10% Trincadeira. 93+ points.
