  January 21, 2024 - A fine dry champagne with notes of toast and kind of earthy, but considering price not something I would buy myself. I would personally prefer a champagne with a fruitful dimension, which in this case is lacking.

  March 5, 2023 - Very nice nose of toffee apples and lemon. The palate is quite fine with some spice and good minerality. As much as I admire its class and refinement, I’d probably not buy again at £60.

  October 6, 2022 - Aromas of lemon, apple peels, caramel, brioche, butter. Dry, high acidity, taste of lemon, green apple, toast. Elegant and fresh.

  May 9, 2022 - Chalk, citrus and minerals and opens up in a delicious way in the glass. Very nice and creamy with a citrus freshness and a pleasant chalk in on the finish.

  October 7, 2021 - Ice fine & plentiful bubbles.
  Nose: notes of rose petals, melon, very nice (takes a little time to open up but once it does after 10 min)
  Taste: Dry, the fruity Chardonnay comes forth nicely, an indeed refreshing & easy drink.
