July 11, 2021 - Strongly reminiscent of the 2019 Quinta de la Rosa Douro branco -Reserva- I had to many lunches in the Restaurante da Adraga during my Summer vacation last year. No wonder, the same winemaker is at work for both wines, Jorge Moreira.
13.5% Alc., the nose is full of flavors of the sea, seaweed, minerality and a few green tones. The first sips reveal a rather mild acidity, which is harmonious and in no way dominant or in the foreground and fine barrique notes, which are also very soft, subtle and harmonious. A really dry mouthfeel, firm and bright, fresh, drink-animating, juicy, spiciness, very good complexity. Pleasure to drink. A perfect combination with seafood!
