April 4, 2022 - Direkt nach dem Öffnen Nuss und Karamell in der Nase, etwas Tabak; Birne und roter Apfel. Glasklar, weiche Gebirgsbachwassertextur. Dann kommt ein köstlich pfeffriger Grip, der so schnell nicht verschwindet, wieder Birne und roter Apfel. Auch etwas Zitrus. Sehr schöne Mineralität in dem Ganzen.
Am nächsten Tag kräuterwürziger und pflanzlicher.
Das besondere am Wein ist die Textur: er wirkt flüssiger als Wasser, irre weich und hat dann diesen wunderschön-würzig-speicheltreibenden Grip.
