February 19, 2024 - Wonderful earthy cherry and gentle funk. Subtle tar under medium-ripe cherry, with spice and great balance. Finessed but not too light. Very nice and detailed. Plenty of character. Did fade a tiny bit in the last sip or two.

September 17, 2023 - Decanted, aired for about 1 hr. Nose: very good 8/10. Wet stones, tea, rose petals, strawberry. Palate: 9/10. Medium body. Soft, rounded tannin. Dark cherry, black fruits. Medium-light acidity. Finish: 9/10. Satisfying. Coffee notes. Price: 7/10 ($90, 2022 at winery). Enjoyment: 9/10. Drinking nicely now. Would buy again: absolutely. Great mouthfeel, almost sweet-like. Better than a year ago at the winery. I like this better than the Bishop Creek. Reminded me of Pommard.

August 3, 2023 - Dark fruited intense pinot, with a black cherry profile with a hint of currants. Retains its balance however. Palate is nicely composed if larger scaled.really holds on the finish. Intense wine that’s on the riper larger scaled side for Oregon—but successful in this style

January 3, 2023 - Wow! This was delicious & appealed to my palate more than the ‘18 Nysa Vineyard from here. Lighter in color & on the palate but still a significant nose and texture. Rounder red fruit & a touch of earth. Could not keep my glass full! Very impressive.
