  April 22, 2024 - Drinking very well, but much better after bottle warmed a bit from refrigerator temp and also better after about 45 minutes of air. Seems to be in a great drinking window. Impeccably balanced, terrific juicy finish.

  January 27, 2023 - The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like apple and pear. It tastes like pear and lemon. The body is light/medium. The wine has polished texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has high acidity.
