January 21, 2023 - Well had the wine in Zalto Burgundy glass.
opened the bottle at 14:00 which is 2 Pm for you Americans
and the wine was nice from start , but on the bright side....now it is 20:00 = 8 Pm and the wine is fluctuating from brighter notes to darker notes .
There are notes ranging from sour cherry to green strawberry over darker berries and also some warmer spices....so i do think the wine might be too early to drink now. My uneducated guess is it will be better from 2024 to 2030 !1 person found this helpful Comment -
