Community Tasting Notes 1

November 13, 2023 - Not an Ordinary Monday (Lorenzo's , London): The addition of merlot to the traditional Chianti varietals of ( Sangiovese & Colorino) as well as the 12 months in French oak polish the wine and make it a lot more round and less rustic vs their Chianti ( we had the Chianti Rùfina Riserva Villa Bossi 2015 - Papies 89). Granted not a typical wine or a wine for the purists of Chianti but for our non chianti seeking palate this added a more subtle and rounder side to it. Pretty 90 and with good life ahead
