A watery pale greenish yellow color with a moderate nose of jasmine flower, citrus, and unripe nectarine. The palate is quite flavorful with wet stone, steely minerality, and citrus fruit notes. The style is dry, medium bodied, with lively acidity, and a long finish. This isn't your grandparent's Vinho Verde. Unfortunately most people think all Vinho Verde is low 10% abv, slightly sparkling, mass produced, and should cost no more than $6.99 at their local grocery store.
