Community Tasting Notes 1

January 20, 2008 - Honey colored. Not much happening on the nose, but the wine was balanced on the palate, with a soft, melon taste, low acidity, and good mouthfeel. I did not get much oak, maybe a slight hint of vanilla. A long finish consistent with the initial taste made this a very enjoyable wine. Great with a roast chicken.
