September 5, 2021 - Warm fruit on the nose. At first I thought it was cooked.
But some air gave it some more structure. But it is still driven by warm fruit, some peppery notes and spice. A wine that wasn’t meant to be aged this long I guess. But it was ok still even though I dont like the style.
