  January 26, 2023 - It was hard to pinpoint the volatile fruit on the nose, perhaps some pear and currant notes. Medium bodied, dry, rather crisp and refreshing showing a bit tart lemony and white fruit with firm acidity. All in all very solid and good with a characterful fruit profile.

  August 23, 2022 - 100% Godello. Family developed indigenous yeasts, digital field notebooks, drones and geolocation in the vineyard, and flagship sensing project, Sensing4Farming. Medium body, complex. While I admire the agricultural and winemaking techniques and can appreciate the high quality of the wine, there is a flavor component that turns me off. Sour citrus pith? A fermented fruit taste I can't identify?

  January 8, 2022 - Tart lemon, white fruit, medium texture and very tasty. Like the acidity. Reminded me of my favorite Assyrtiko and about half the price. Great on its own and spectacular with my wife's Catalan Lobster Stew.
