    May 16, 2022 - deep ruby-black
pronounced aromas intensity of black cherries, blueberries, black prunes, tar, mint, eucalyptus, oak-vanilla
    developing
dry, high acidity, med+ tannins, high abv 15%, full body, pronounced flavors intensity consistent with the nose, good complexity, long eucalyptus finish, requires 2-3 hours of aeration to open enough, can drink now - better age 2-4 years more.
