November 5, 2023 - With Sunday night sushi. White fruit and flowers on the nose. The palate is apricot, pear, melon and a little oak leading to a very creamy finish. Really enjoyable. Glad I have more.

June 10, 2023 - Different than the bottle I had a month or so ago. At a Asian Fusion BYOB. White fruit on the nose leading to a palate of apricot, melon, tangerine and a little oak. The finish was moderate to long and the citrus from the tangerine came through.

June 3, 2022 - Nose of pear, golden apple, and almond. Tastes of pear tart, golden apple, marzipan and some oak spice. Medium acidity. Fairly long finish. Great match with lobster bisque and lobster roll.
