April 7, 2014 - I liked this wine. Does not have the nuttiness of a typical Pinot, but it did open up as it sat in the glass. Would pair well with mixed vegetables and seared scallops.

The color was a garnet red, no browning at the rim of the glass. Has an earthy berry nose, very pleasant, with a leathery texture.

July 25, 2011 - Bottle is waxed closed. Cork is pristine. Pinot was macerated, slightly maderized, acetone. bright fruit. a disappointment
