Community Tasting Notes 2

October 2, 2023 - Müller Thurgau spontaneous fermented, aged 9 months on the lees in old barrels, 11.5% vol.

Starts a bit thin but grows fast with air and time, shows the typical Müller Thurgau notes paired with a yeasty and sponty touch, strong acidity and very dense for this kind of wine, medium+ length. Needs a bit of patience at this stage, drink within the next 3 to 5 years.

September 27, 2021 - This may easily be the best Muller I've ever had.
