February 18, 2024 - Horse hide, oak spice, plum, creosote. The fruit is starting to fade while the tertiary flavors are beginning to reveal themselves, should be interesting to see how it develops.

April 6, 2023 - Deep ruby. Nose with leather and a touch of garrige. Taste has moderate plus tannins, smoky, olive brine. Evolving as it opens up. Decanted but poured directly afterwards.
