June 29, 2023 - Medium gold appearance. Aromas of bruised yellow apple, pie crust, white flower, honeysuckle, fresh rain. Palate starts off with more tropical fruit, pineapple, maybe some guava. Acidity comes in on the back end to round it out nicely. Some bright citrus there, with the roundness of a creme brulee or creme fraiche. Really great balance. Medium body, med plus acid, medium finish.

June 10, 2023 - De belles grosses larmes tapissent la coupe. La robe est jaune claire. Un nez de beurre léger, d'alcool, ce citron, d'ananas et d'amande (noix). C'est complexe. Une bouche un peu joufflu avec des saveurs d'ananas et de citron. C'est riche, gras et moyennement long. Bien fait.

May 22, 2023 - Meursault-esque.
On the nose: a bit shy, floral notes, lime, and a hint of nuttiness.
On the palate: quite rich, medium bodied, lemon curd, lime skin, plenty of minerality on the medium/long finish. The wine is extremely balanced and has a moreish quality to it.

January 6, 2023 - On the nose: honey, peaches, slight dairy quality in the background.
On the palate: very nicely balanced and textured, with acidity coming through gently at the end.
