July 13, 2021 - 100% Carricante (non-DOC b/c no NM); golden yellow darker w/green hints; biscuit, sour dough, lemon pith, masony, agrumi, pine nutes; soft entry, creamy, good acidity, mineral finish. This one has grilled lemon! and maybe a touch more RS than the rose? At winery with Salvo and Salvino Benanti
