September 1, 2021 - Subtle cherry notes in the smell can be deceiving because once it's tasted it bursts with brighter cherry flavor. It's fruit forward but almost ends with a faint tobacco finish. It's still young but already so good. I have 5 other bottles and coravined this first one so I plan to taste again in a month to see how it evolves. It's going to be hard to not open another bottle before then. I doubt it can be shelved for long either way. Think it'll be good for a few years tops.
