July 14, 2023 - Time has been a friend to this wine - it feels more balanced and playful than I remember. There's an almost toffee / armagnac note on the finish. Lasted for 3 hrs in the decanter without a hint of mouse. Satisfying.

March 21, 2022 - If you like natural poulsard, you'll like this. Heavy on the gamey, horsey funk at first with bright, dirty red fruit poking through after 10 or so minutes in glass. One of the more extracted poulsards I've had and better off for it.
