May 1, 2024 - Last enjoyed a year ago and it’s still a nice Albariño although the acidity has lessened IMO. Still crisp and full of tropical fruits with slightly less acidity

January 29, 2024 - Lemon zest, yeasty notes, seashell and other minerals, green apple, long caramel apple (how is this not oaked?) finish, with a hint of metallics, honeydew, and cucumber, with pear and maybe some stonefruit emerging later. Really nice balance of acidity and roundness, very finessed and precise.

December 20, 2023 - A beautiful Albarino!
Melon aromas and perfect acidity.
Much better on day three. More composed and mineral qualities are now coming through. -

December 8, 2023 - This is a really nice white. Not overwhelming but lots of green apple & melon with some acidity.
I’m having it with bbq potato chips - I could do much better with a nice Asian meal.
