fried okra and sliced tomatoes!
7/20/22 - Wonderful with a Caprese salad drizzled balsamic vinegar, and a chicken patty drizzled with Orange sauce! -

March 23, 2022 - Color is light yellow with a clear silvery appearance. The nose is sweet pear and a bit of citrus. Grapefruit and melons with a nice mineral acidity on the finish. Overall a very nice wine for the price. I may have found my new house white?

March 6, 2022 - Lemongrass and minerality on the nose.
Well balanced minerality and slight acidity and lemongrass. Excellent with pecan patties, rice with gravy and salad.
3/7/22 - Equally delicious with tortellini broccoli Alfredo and a dinner roll. A wonderful, wonderful wine! -
