June 3, 2023 - Two Coravin pours…Lovely, balanced and typically fresh and vibrant. Cherry, black raspberry and strawberry along with some pomegranate dominate the fruit profile with lots of nuances of spice, minerals and florals. Great with food and on its own. Velvety smooth yet bright and elegantly, very long. Amazingly good. This will only get better over time, but so delicious even now at a youthful 3-4 years of age. 12.8% ABV
