Community Tasting Notes 2

  • henrygjeffreys Likes this wine:

April 13, 2022 - Spicy nose, with pears
Initially crisp with apple fruit, with spices, saline acidity and a creamy texture with just a little tannin.
According to the wine maker he treats it like chard with about 30% barrel-matured.
This is really delicious. £25 so not cheap.

January 7, 2022 - Part of the Chapel Down discovery case:

Nose: citrus, lime, lemon, grass, cut grass, passion fruit

T: passion fruit, mango, pineapple, citrus, lime, lemon

    Fresh, refreshing, crisp. Lovely!
