October 1, 2022 - Decent Bordeaux. Nothing really complex about it. Not a bold blend with slight fruit forward taste. It seems to struggle with a direction and isn’t very distinct. It is very drinkable. The blend is cab Sauvignon, blaufrankisch, and cab franc. I think blaufrankisch dominated the taste and should’ve been a smaller percentage. All grapes were from Sawmill Creek in the area which consistently has been a great vineyard from many different producers. I will always want to try Sawmill grapes.
