Community Tasting Notes 1

March 27, 2022 - Totally wound up at pop. Drank some, left some overnight. Next day this is deep, dark red... concentrated cherry in front of a deep, bass note heavy core, finishing very long on acidity and matted tannin. YUM. Will wait 3-4 at least before opening the next bottle.
