February 1, 2024 - A real salt and pepper Syrah! The Tuscan take on the variety rarely disappoints--it often reminds me of above-average CdP with a softer landing. This one boasts minerality that won't quit, crushed herbs, dusty rocks, and dried fruit, all wrapped up in a dry-as-hell package. Bold but finessed. Drink with something fatty.

Negro opaco. Fruta roja (frambuesa) con notas florales (violeta).
Le falta aun por pulirse. Reservar por lo menos hasta el ‘24 o ‘25 mejor aún.
