May 22, 2023 - Gorgeous Chardonnay from Paul Lato. Everything in sync here and perfect harmony. No single feature stands out or overwhelms the other components. This is integrated, balanced and delicious. Beautiful light yellow in color with viscous tears that run down the glass. Medium weight, but again a perfect complement to the flavor profile, elegance and finesse of this wine. Another clear winner from a fabulous wine maker.
