Community Tasting Notes 2

July 30, 2017 - Solid but ready, probably would have been a lot better 5 years ago. Still had that perfume of asphalt St. Emilions develop from aging but not a lot of fruit left.

September 21, 2013 - good spicy nose - some plums also - the wine is quite well integrated still some acidity - tannins very soft - good balance - you get mature red fruit - plums - some tobacco - not the complexity in the wine that I had hoped for - finish is fine but not very long - do not drink a lot of Bordeaux - to taste as old a wine as this was a good and interesting experience
