October 5, 2019 - Last bottle, not as good as previous one but improved over 24hrs. Deep earthy notes with some minty tinge at the finish

September 23, 2018 - An hour decanting and this was beautiful

February 22, 2013 - Dusty, earthy nose of mushroom with currents and dark red fruit, more of the same on the palate, lots of mouth filling fruit here, medium/long finish. Just delicious for 24 years old.

December 17, 2007 - Drunk at the "wines to drink now" dinner, very late in the evening. I remember it as being a little bitter at the end, needing time to smooth out. Now, 48 hours later it's drinking amazingly well. Deep, rich, terrific eucalyptus quality, mellow tannins. Great wine.

July 8, 2005 - Tasted at the Kathryn Kennedy dinner hosted by Otis. What a pleasure to be able to taste these wines. In tasting the vertical, you could defintiely see certain characteristics appear every vintage, defining a style. All of the KK wines were very elegant.

Darker in color than I would have expected. Nose was earthy, with mushroom and mint notes. Soft and silky, no tannin or edges, with lots of soft dark fruit.
