February 6, 2023 - Not sure about this. Served too cold. Some good matiere underneath some VA, which only grows more prominent as the wine warms. Fine with some bistro food tonight, but not entirely convinced

January 10, 2023 - I've tried the 2019 before and remember enjoying it - although on the young side. I've been blown away by numerous wines from Sylvian -the 2015 of this cuvée, the 2014 Cormiers, the 2017 Les Pouches - his Sauvignon Blanc is pretty smart too.....however, this bottle was a bretty mess & undrinkable even after 24 hrs / decanting / prayer / Reiki on the bottle / human sacrifice etc :(

September 1, 2022 - Quite dark in color, the nose shows some crushed fruit, and a hint of surmaturité; lots of juicy fruit on the palate, fairly ripe and lush, has some notes of what seems like VA, but maybe this is some carbonic character? not to the point of being syrupy, but the ripeness is up there, and some quite zippy, even slightly tart acidity tries to balance it, probably acidified to get this. If I needed a splash of nice cooking wine, I'd use this, but tonight I'll just drink it. Really, it's better wine than that, just not saying "cab franc" to me, and not really floating my boat.

August 15, 2022 - Very nice aromatics with a slight funk that dissipates with air leaving vehind lots of vegetal/bell pepper/blackberries. The wine is still a little unbalanced and needs time in bottle. Tanins are a little harsh now and bite. 90 as is probably higher down the road

July 25, 2022 - Red wine of the night. It was so good even cold. Tiny brett, very whole clustered, but just beautiful fruits. An amazing negoce wine. I wish I could just buy grapes like this :)
