May 12, 2024 - impressed with the balance here. and still young. i think these schramsberg sparklers all benefit from a lot of time in bottle. we had three different ones, but this was my fave, has a lot of everything but all in good balance, still yet the stuffing to last for a while. a respectable domestic sparkler that i should dig deeper into

February 23, 2024 - The wine looks straw colored. The legs are fast. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like strawberry. It tastes like strawberry, apple, pear, baker's yeast, lime and lemon. The body is light/medium. The wine has bright texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has medium acidity.
