March 27, 2022 - Enjoyed drinking this. Typical/classic Amarone.
Great nose - dried black currant, fruit cake, leather, tobacco and oak. Strawberry became prominent after letting it open up for ~ 1 hour.
Dry full body with high alc and acidity, low tannin, and long finish. Some cooked fruit, raisin, wood, some vanilla on the back end.
