January 25, 2022 - The nose opens with the fragrance of white flowers, nutmeg and wet granite in a rain storm. The palate picks up with more wet rock character, along with chalk, sea salt, green apple, and a toothsome grassy herbaceous note. All of this is admirably supported by a zingy citrus ribbon that flows effortlessly into the long minerally finish.

October 28, 2021 - A lovely, light example of Chablis. Enjoyable to drink with lighter food. We had it with gougeres and melons. Acidity was just right, and it was round enough to stand its ground. Moderately priced, quality Chablis is getting hard to find. This is an everyday pleasure.
