February 5, 2006 - Very good. Seems to be lots of bottle variation, but this one was good. Strong cassis and dark berry bouquet, following through to the palate, held together by subtle tannins. Very fruit forward wine. Just as good on Day 2 after using Vacu Vin and storing at 60 degrees.
