  December 22, 2023 - Color: medium straw
  Nose: lime zest, wet stones, iron, an interesting hint of sherry vinegar and chickpea
  Palate: light on it's feet with medium-high acidity and a medium body. A little sharp, it has a vanilla smoothness that lioco nails, and sits well here
  Finish: medium
  
  Fresh and interesting, well made, it shows a contrast between a certain richness on the palate and a good fair acidity. Makes the mouth water and it's clearly a food wine in my view. Good with a quick decant, cool

  February 17, 2022 - Sonoma (and one Napa) Wineries; 2/13/2022-2/18/2022 (Healdsburg, CA and Napa, CA): Nose reminds me almost of a Chablis: very chalky and lean-smelling with slight pear notes. Palate is high-acid but not searing with green apple and white pepper notes. Quite long, grippy finish, this would be great with almost any food.

  November 6, 2021 - November 2021 Trip to Sonoma: Nose is mostly lime and quartz/mineral. On the palate, the wine has some fennel/saline/phenolic elements, but really this is a texture-driven wine. Good acid, medium body, lots of verve.
