Community Tasting Notes 4

September 15, 2023 - This is fine for what it is -- a light-bodied, crunchy, natural-wine Beaujolais -- but it's hard to justify at $50/bottle.

July 21, 2023 - Light, airy, crunchy. And a bit wild

March 23, 2023 - By the bottle at The Morris in San Francisco. Nose is red berries, floral, slightly barnyard-y but in a good way, slight root beer note on the finish. Body is a bit thin, licorice, green olives (?!), sharp crunchy berries on the finish. Very nice but maybe not the best vintage of this I have tasted; more savory than I am used to.

May 18, 2022 - Light purple-red, medium-bodied, and the nose has an intriguing bouquet of earthiness, berry fruit, and floral notes, while the wine is both savory and sweet—almost umami. And it only opens up with time. Well worth repeating!
