August 13, 2022 - Medium and slightly hazy lemon colour. Small and medium lively bubbles. Medium and developing nose with yellow apples, apricot, nectarine, chalk, honeysuckle and bread dough. Medium (+) taste of yellow apples, nectarine, ripe lemon, ripe grapefruit, bread dough, chalk and flint. Long and dry finish. High acidity. Medium body. A very good Natural sparkling wine. Drink now or over the next couple of years. Goes well as an aperitif, or with cheeses, cured meat, spicy food or sushi.
