November 23, 2022 - Evolved upon opening with initial taste more tightly wound and after an hour began to show a more velvety finesse. Full of jammy blue fruit and plum with wet slate finish lingering on palate. Very enjoyable now but extremely age worthy. The fruit is really vibrant and ready for consumption!!
