May 5, 2023 - What a lovely wine. Fresh as a daisy, brimming with all of the classic Chablisienne notes. Ample ripeness, but well restrained and framed. White peach, sea minerals and lime peel. This should age in an expected manner. My wife correctly called it a current release 1ere cru Chablis.
