July 8, 2023 - Bottle a praiseworthy 1167g. Very pale ruby, almost more rosato than rosso. Moderately intense aromas of tart cherry, cinnamon. Dry, with moderate fresh acidity and moderate grippy tannins. Medium-bodied, 13.5% abv. More like grignolino, ruchè or pelaverga than a "nebbiolo of the south". Lots of good production details on the back label.

July 12, 2022 - Väl kylt är detta ett mycket trevligt alternativ till rosé en varm sommardag till lättare rätter. Denna gång med färska korvar och quesadillas. Ser ingen vinning på lagring.
